Our soul in this body is subjected to various pulls into the external world, through different senses. Natural Healing tends to balance different energies to restore your body's natural capacity to heal itself. There are two simultaneous situations that one has to understand, firstly Natural Healing will try to detoxify your body of toxins at different levels, mental and physical both. Secondly more the toxins in your body lesser will be the affect of Natural Healing, Natural Healing will obviously be able to work better in a body with lesser toxins.
Hence We should try to help Natural Healing in detoxifying the body and we should also try to take in lesser toxins. It has also been observed that the more the accumulated toxins in your body, more will be the weakness or debility you feel in the initial stages of cleansing. It is good to start gradually, if you find the weakness too severe to bear. Repeating after small intervals, that suit your condition. After two or three repetitions you will feel lesser amount of weakening effect.

SCAR WOULD HEAL
I had a fall, my head struck against the handle of the door. It was a deep wound. Some advised stitches and some advised different other treatments. I did not take any of these treatments. BLEEDING PILES CURED WITH HEALING FOR RELAXATION
A case of bleeding piles was referred to the centre. It was a case of a woman, who had recently delivered a child, and soon after the delivery she developed severe bleeding piles. Nothing seem to work and all that was tried failed to provide relief. In the end I tried the Healing for Relaxation (www.relaxationunderstanding.blogspot.com). The result was just marvelous; bleeding and pain reduced considerably with the adminsitration of the first healing. The healing was repeated after four days, and that was the end of all the pain and bleeding.
